POSTAGE -

All my items are fragile so I post all my items well packed ( Sometimes the box may be bigger than the item - I do tend to add extra filling to secure the item ) and post them using Royal Mail signed for ( UK ) and International signed for - making sure your item gets to you fast. Please keep a eye out for your tracking information in your emails.

CARE - 

I use air dry clay and I also use varnish on some of the items and I also use resin - these can be wiped clean with a damp ( Not wet ) or a dry cloth - they are not waterproof - if dusting please use a dust cloth without furniture polish.

DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS -

Every care has been made or will be made to get your items to you in perfect condition . Sometimes items can go missing or turn up damaged ( We hope not ) which is out of my control - if for any reason you are not happy with your items - please just get in touch with me and I will put it right for you as soon as possible.
