Healing with Clay offers a gentle and welcoming space for women of all ages, including those with autism or sensory sensitivities, to slow down and feel at ease in a calm, quieter and supportive environment.

Men and boys with autism are also welcome to attend our small, quieter group sessions, with numbers kept to no more than six participants to help maintain a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

There is no pressure to talk or to create anything perfect.

You can chat, sit quietly, or simply enjoy the calming rhythm of working with clay at your own pace.

Healing with Clay sessions offer a peaceful, creative space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Working with clay is deeply calming and grounding, helping you unwind while gently supporting emotional healing. No experience is needed at all — everything is provided, and you’ll be guided every step of the way.

All materials and clay are included. Once your piece is complete, I’ll take it away to dry and will send it back to you via first-class delivery, along with everything you need to decorate it at home.
